Refund & Return Policy
At NovaHelix Labs, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for all products. Due to the sterile and sensitive nature of our research compounds, the following policy applies to all purchases.
Final Sale Policy
All peptide product sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, punctured, or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging
Claims submitted without photo evidence or after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.
Return Requirements (If Applicable)
In certain cases, NovaHelix Labs may require the damaged product to be returned before issuing a replacement or store credit.
- Return instructions will be provided if required
- Customers must retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once a tracking number has been issued:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Orders cannot be refunded
Expedited & Backordered Items
- Expedited shipping orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled
- Backordered items (6–8 week fulfillment) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled
These items are sourced specifically after purchase and cannot be reversed.
Refund Method
Any approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent chargebacks will be actively disputed using:
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking information
- IP logs
- Order verification data
